MONKEY BREAD BITES
prep: 10 min
Cook: 21 min
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon1
(12-ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (we tested with Pillsbury Golden Layer Buttermilk Biscuits)
1 (6-ounce)can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans
12 extra large foil muffin cups
*Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Cut biscuits into fourths, and add to sugar mixture; toss to coat. Set aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add brown sugar; cook 3minutes, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and pecans.
Arrange 5 coated biscuit pieces in each greased extra-large foil muffin cup; place in a muffin pan.
Repeat procedure with remaining biscuit pieces. Sprinkle evenly with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Drizzle with pecan syrup.
Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until browned.
Yield: 1 Dozen*You can use standard-size paper muffin liners. Place 4 coated biscuit pieces in each greased paper liner.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mintues. Yield: 15 servings.~
I only used the 12 oz can of biscuits, for me and my kids. The leftovers don't taste as great re-heated. Also, my kids don't like pecans, so I left them out of the "syrup" and sprinkled them over a few servings for myself. I kept the "syrup" warm and drizzled a bit more over the bites before serving.

a coffee review on CafeVivo!
First of all, I’d like to thank CafeVivo for the most generous portions of beans they sent for me to taste and review. Full pound bags is most unusual these days and I appreciate it very much. Often, I may like or dislike a coffee initially but over time may find something either positive or negative that changes my mind in either direction. I drink more than most can even imagine and I am a healthy, nearly 20 year old hunk.XD Not that I claim to be ‘old’ but I certainly am no spring chicken. Or summer chicken. Hmm.. do they have those? Oh well, on to the review.
CafeVivo sent me a bag of Golden Sumatra and a bag of Ethiopia Sidamo. My goodness! Yes, this has been a delightful experience for me. I so enjoyed both beans and long for more. I was especially partial to the Ethiopian. It was so delicious and hearty. I wish I could say it was satisfying but I can not. Ha! Not a bad thing. I just keep wanting more and more. How can I stay satisfied with something so good? Please, let me have no ‘last drop’ in my cup. These beans are roasted per order and arrive fresh and ready to be enjoyed.

Joke~!
Queen Elizabeth, Clinton & Sharoon died & went straight to hell. Queen Elizabeth said "I miss England, I want to call England and see how everybody is doing there. She called and talked for about 5 minutes, then she asked "Well, devil how much do I owe you???? The devil says "Five million dollars"She wrote him a cheque and went to sit back on her chair. Clinton was soo jealous, he starts screaming, "My turn! I wanna call the United States, I want to see how everybody is doing there too" He called and talked for about 2 minutes, then he asked "Well, devil how much do I owe you???? The devil says "Ten million dollars" With a smug look on his face, he made a cheque and went to sit back on his chair. Sharoon was even more jealous & starts screaming, "I want to call Israil too, I wanna talk to the ministers, to the deputy, I wanna talk to everybody of my Parliment"..... He called Israil and he talked for about twenty hours, he talked & talked & talked, then he asked "Well, devil how much do I owe you???? The devil says "Twenty dollars". Sharoon is stunned & says "Twenty dollars??? Only ??" The devil says "Well if you make a call from one hell to another hell, it's local".
Wicked Month
This is my wicked month - July, its been a month before i notice something queer is happening.(i know i'm slow in my head with socialising with my little friends)Someone told me, obviously this someone is a double side agent . Well he said shit about me behind my back - i am fine with it. But what made me so pissed off, someone came asking me about 'the girl'. Well, the one spreading shit did some serious damage to my mental health.The 'facts' was being screwed and what was left is Kenneth looking bad (to the one responsible if ya reading this - what goes around comes around :D ) Suddenly, people i knew - changed. And i had been completely ignored, due to some influence of backstabber or maybe i am just so disliked? I don't know. Well, thats the wicked part, it took me 1 whole fishcookedbbq MONTH to realise things ain't gonna be the same.To: haters, anti-Kenneths, backstabber, professional double agent and the scandalous boot licker.Do you think you can stop ticking my little angry bomb?

Wicked month,game me a pair of wings.I've just got my driving license lately.Sometimes driving can be boring but atleast it gets me to places I want to be.Wicked month is also my exam month,i did my bread and cake practical averagely.This is my 1st exam during collage life and there is alot of presure and my nervousness is getting on to me.It was a tired weak but atleast i get to take my exam products home!Study week is up soon and then my teory exams!!!I've never been the study kind,so its gonna be tough.
Wicked month, gave me an addiction. i got addicted not to drugs, alcohol, sex(thank GOD not sex,i have a friend who is addicted to it and he did't turn up rel well so i never want to be like him), nor flirtation but CHOCOLATES. I ate chocolates, so much chocolates - i spend too much on chocolate. (kinda taste so great it makes me happy) What types of chocolate? you may ask, well from almond, white, dark, berry, bars to milk. Yes, i tasted every chocolate in 7-11. AND i know its crazy.Times Square, is like my 3rd hangout, 1st is my computer , 2nd is my bed and 3rd plaza.(*hit himself, wake up no life idiot- i am a gamer i got lots of life) During the wicked month, i went to plaza, with the usual. I lost my freaking wallet, either stolen or i dropped it. Probability is 70% stolen and 30% dropped. Overall, i lost about Rm170. Thanks god, i already brought the chocolates before i got robbed.Why can't i go out? because i was left ATM-less and CASH-less.(Dammit! no transport no money, hopes my little friends can feel me - well they can't)Birthday, went to theme park, we rode a ride (forget what its called but it kinda spin 360 degree machine) . First ride - leg tension, the 2nd ride, changed to middle row, breaking balls - OUCH. (was screaming like a little girl, especially when it hanged for that few second).Thanks for reading my first post, sorry for the poor grammar.(everyone says that) Have a nice day :D
